The Institut Francais de l'Hotellerie (IFH) is a private higher education establishment in the 16th arrondissement of Paris that specialises in luxury hospitality, gastronomy and lifestyle management. Registered as a private establishment of higher education and certified under the French Qualiopi quality framework for training and apprenticeship provision, the school builds its teaching around French savoir-faire in hotel keeping and haute cuisine. Its portfolio runs from a three-year Bachelor in Hospitality Management and a four-year BBA in International Hospitality Management, through work-study bachelors in hotel and gastronomy management and in events and luxury management, up to a two-year Master in Hospitality Management and an MSc in Gastronomy and Hospitality Luxury Management.
