Master of Science in Wealth Management & Real Estate Markets (MSc 1 + MSc 2)

With 4 million households affected in France and €1 trillion of assets under management, the economic and financial stakes are very high. Economic developments and digitalization are leading players to rethink their tools, restructure their offerings and update asset offerings. This programme covers all the areas that are characteristic of wealth management: law and taxation, economics and market finance, insurance. The focus is on the markets most used by professionals as investment vehicles for assets, especially real estate. Lawyers, tax professionals, real estate and insurance market professionals are the professional specialists who teach in this program. This program trains the student to master financial, legal and tax techniques in order to establish the patrimonial diagnosis of its future clients with a view to formulating practical recommendations. Beyond its theoretical aspects, the training focuses on the necessary relational and commercial approach that must be undertaken by the wealth management advisor to know his client and implement a wealth strategy that responds to his projects.

• For the two-year MSc (MSc 1 + MSc 2) you need a bachelor's degree or other three-year higher-education diploma (Bac+3: 180 ECTS credits or 90 US credits)
• several programme pages also accept students who are completing one. Most programme pages ask for a related field (for example finance, management or economics for Audit & Management Control
• marketing, communication, management, business or economics for Marketing & Brand Management). Holders of a four-year degree (Bac+4, 240 ECTS or 120 US credits, e.g. a Master 1) can instead enter the second year (MSc 2) directly for one year. International applicants apply online, have an online motivation interview and receive an admission decision (admission letter), then register and pay a deposit before applying for a French student visa through Campus France or the local consulate. Proof of English or French level is needed, depending on the programme's language of instruction.
