Master of Science in Wealth Management & Real Estate Markets (MSc 1 + MSc 2)

Economic developments and digitalization are leading players to rethink their tools, restructure their offerings and update asset offerings. This programme covers all the areas that are characteristic of wealth management: law and taxation, economics and market finance, insurance. The focus is on the markets most used by professionals as investment vehicles for assets, especially real estate. Lawyers, tax professionals, real estate and insurance market professionals are the professional specialists who teach in this program. This program trains the student to master financial, legal and tax techniques in order to establish the patrimonial diagnosis of its future clients with a view to formulating practical recommendations. Beyond its theoretical aspects, the training focuses on the necessary relational and commercial approach that must be undertaken by the wealth management advisor to know his client and implement a wealth strategy that responds to his projects.
