Master of Science in Manager of Institutions and Public Affairs

The HEIP program dedicated to  public affairs management   is developed with the objective of training high-performing executives   capable of  successfully handling the transformation of administrations , their  international openings , the question of territories, and all the issues   that arise in the  management of the state at a time of reducing expenditure and the digital transformation of historical public management tools .  Upon completing the MSc Manager of Institutions and Public Affairs cycle, our students access positions within public administration institutions, whether state, territorial or even hospital and health-related. They can also move to companies of various sizes, public or private, operating within a framework of cooperation with institutions or for public service delegation missions within organizations that are not part of the public administration. Institutional and public affairs management missions can also be exercised under independent status, in particular in consulting firms dedicated to public affairs for private companies or public institutions as part of the development of public projects.
