The Expert in international relations and cooperation is both a project manager and a manager within governmental or non-governmental institutions , international organizations, decentralized public institutions (Regional Council via its specialized agencies), or within NGOs. Regarding management, it can be focused on the management of a project and also include the animation of a team . The use of these experts is also important within public and private companies on the national and international scale , both in multinationals and in more modest companies. These experts are therefore intended to work in all parts of the national territory , as in all regions of the world .
